Common problems
Repair missing workouts, wrong points and sign-in problems.
Check that the workout is in Apple Health or Health Connect. ByStep cannot see it if it is not there.
Open Settings › Connections and check that the row says Connected.
Tap the row, then Check access, and allow every category.
Tap Sync now, or pull down to refresh. On Android, ByStep syncs only while it is open.
A workout can arrive 45 minutes or more after it ends.
